Dinegift is one gift certificate that can be used at 100 top area restaurants.
2. Where can I use my dinegift certificate?
Dinegift certificates can be redeemed at any of the one hundred restaurants listed on the back of the certificate. View the list of restaurants.
3. If I have a previous version of a dinegift certificate, can it be used at any of the new restaurants that have joined the program?
Your dinegift certificate is only good at the restaurants that are listed on our website.
4. How do I redeem my dinegift?
You can bring your dinegift certificate directly to the restaurant of your choice.
5. What happens if I don't use the full amount of my dinegift certificate?
When using a, $15, $25, and $50 dinegift certificates, you will receive the change back in cash if the remainder is less than $5.00. If the amount is greater than $5.00 you will receive a gift certificate to return to the restaurant you have dined at. With $100 dinegift certificates you will receive the change in cash if the remainder is less than $10.00.
6. How often do you change the restaurants?
Typically we release a new certificate once or twice a year.
7. Does my dinegift certificate expire or have restrictions?
Dinegift certificates are good for seven years from the date of purchase, with no restrictions.
8. What denominations are available?
Dinegift certificates are available in $15, $25, $50, and $100 denominations.
9. How can I place a big order quickly?
If you would like to place your order over the phone you can call 877-705-GIFT Monday through Friday between 9:00 and 5:00.
10. What happens if my dinegift certificate is lost or stolen?
Dinegift certificates are like cash and will be treated as such. Please keep them in a safe place. They will not be replaced.
11. Is ordering online safe on the dinegift website?
Yes, we have the latest in security features and your information will be safely transmitted to us.
12. What do you do with personal information given on the website?
We only use it for ourselves, to better service our customers. We will never give or sell your information to others.
13. Can I send a personalized greeting?
Yes. Simply fill out the message section and your message will be sent along with the certificate.
14. When will my dinegift certificates be sent out and when will I receive them?
Orders received by 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time will be shipped out the same day. Orders received on Sunday will be shipped out on Monday. Local, regular mail usually takes 2 to 3 days other options are available if you need them faster.
15. I would like to order a certificate but fill it out myself when I receive it. How would I do that?
If you would like to have the certificate sent to you but it is a gift for someone else, you would put yourself as the shipping information as well as the billing. We will then send out the certificate blank to you.
16. Can I send a dinegift certificate directly to the recipient?
Yes. The recipient’s address should be filled out in the shipping information section of the order process.
17. How much does it cost to ship?
Regular mail is $1.95, two-day is $12.95, next day is $17.95.
18. Is there a service fee?
Dinegift never charges a service fee.
